A rich, medium roasted coffee with medium acidity, Boulder Blend has tasting notes of baker’s chocolate, molasses, and sweet loam and a honey/graham aroma. It characterizes the essence of Rocky Butte, the boulders scattered all around Rocky Butte. We import these beans directly from Coffeerama Farms in Cabañas, Copán, Honduras, operated by our friend Erlin Barillas. The coffee is grown at 3,900 feet, hand-picked, and wet milled. Our flagship roast, Boulder Blend suits almost any palette and occasion.
